Donate PPE
We kindly accept PPE donations to maximize patient care. PPE can be dropped off for our medical group address located at the bottom of the website. We are located on 3rd floor and receptionist can accept donated supplies 7 days a week from 9a to 6p.
If you are locally located in the Bonita Springs and Naples area, you may contact our office at 239-345-8001 to have an arrangement for a local pick up.
